oOvOo

oOvOo not only provides us with amazing technology, but their business mentality ensures that their social community stays happy and willing to continue helping oOvOo grow its product.

With Skype paving the way for internet calling and video chat with friends in the next office, street, city or country, it is surprising they didn’t beat oOvOo to the chase with multi-member video calls.

oOvOo started in recent times, allowing members to not only use chat and video calls as Skype has already done, but to do so with more than one person (up to six!). This multi-user video chat means groups of friends, and geographically split companies etc. can engage in face to face meetings no matter where they are in the world, plus it allows people to engage in forums, and they can easily access member feedback.

Early adopters understood this new technology, and companies gave them more power as a consumer by using their feedback in order to make the product more beneficial for end-users.

As with many companies, oOvOo depends on online communities rallying around them. With this support, this new platform and social network grew dramatically in its first year.
