Hair Bows seem like they’ve been a trend in the UK since 2007 but now they’re popping up everywhere. Supposedly some girl in England made bows and gave them to her friends, now they are commonplace in “going out” outfits as well as other similarly shaped hair embellishments. I went to the Sartorialist to try and prove this and it came up on the first page. It’s almost like a replacement to the different types of string headbands that the early and mid 00s sported.
