I have 789 channels via Virgin Media on my TV and probably only 1 of them is showing anything good at any one time. The amount of adverts is crazy these days. The only new thing I’ve liked from British TV in about five years, apart from Peep Show, is The Thick Of It. Not very original to plug The Thick Of It I know, but I have to mention it again because recently it delivered the best line I’ve heard in a script for a while. Malcolm Tucker: “I wouldn’t piss on you even if you were allergic to piss.”
