So good, so tasty, so Frenchy!!!

Frenchie is run by one of Jamie Oliver’s buddies from Fifteen in London. This guy (Greg, from Nantes, west France) proposes a “neo Bistro” cuisine – really good food in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

Neo Bistro is really popular: Young Hipsters enjoy real food, traditionnal ingredients, bio wine. For 3 years, starting with the opening of “Le Chateaubriand”, French cuisine has been rocked by this new generation of Chefs, more interrested with mixing culture and tradition than spending time in cliché and a really expensive menu.
