The Swedish street fashion scene is going from strength to strength, even though the swedish media mainly talks about Swedish fashion such as Acne, Whyred etc. Sweden’s street fashion fair Boutique Fräsh shows for the six time, 50% more exhibitors, but moves to Stockholm’s skate park at Fryshuset in the south-side of Stockholm, expands to three days and on the 21st February stages an open day for the public to drop in and check the brands out. Brands such as WeSC, Bench, Fenchurch, Kangol, Altamont, Etnies, Dickies, Insight, New Era, Stüssy, Sweet Skateboards, The Hundreds and Vans Shoes will be showing. Swedish streetwear legend – Weactavist Jonas Wiehager runs the show, creates a Boutique Fräsh magazine for each show and loves sausages as do I (image from his blog, the WeSC logo recreated in sausages).
