This gritty series takes place within a police unit in Baltimore, Maryland, and focuses within both the criminal and police posturing elements of the system. The series is really well-written and shines in it’s in-depth character profiling, without seeming cheesy or contrived. At first I wasn’t into it, but it grew on me over time. Now getting into the second season, the characters are fulfilling different roles due to previous error in the chain-of-commands. It’s worth watching.
