Gourmet magazine celebrates 30 years this month, its part of the Plaza Publishing which also publishes a number of lifestyle, and interior titles.  Gourmet is one of the best food magazines but lacks a decent website.

Taffel.se on the other hand, is a great online food site, packed with blog food and drink blogs, my favourite being Alfs Drink Blog, not only is he a great sommeliere he’s a great music producer and DJ too.  On the Heyahifi site it says “When you listen to good music you need to dance. And if you dance you definitely need the right nutrition”. I have to agree, the site not only features their music but guest chefs recipes, who are also music producers as well.

All this talk of food, leads to recently launched Bookatable.com.  It’s Europe’s largest online restaurant booking service and its got an enviable line-up of great restaurants in Stockholm,  which can be booked for free, in real-time and are instantly confirmed and on the move if you have the iphone app.
