Inspired by Canadian kitchen parties, acoustic instrumentations and music collectives while growing up in North Bay and later in Guelph, Ontario, Paula moved to Warsaw to study and a few years later met Karol. The two sat in his kitchen, high on musical inspiration and their love for folk rock, and started creating pop songs on Karol’s guitar, and Paula’s violin.
Now a year later, Polish music press is loving them. The band imported the glockenspiel, a bit of casiotone beats, clunky violin playing, word-of-mouth appeal and positive energy to rock gigs. Their debut EP ‘Goodnight Warsaw’ is now available.
