TVP Kultura is the first TV theme channel to be run by the Polish public broadcaster TVP. The channel was launched a few years ago and is entirely dedicated to art and culture. Now TVP Kultura is struggling to survive, hampered by a small audience and — I have to admit — very bad marketing and PR. My fingers are crossed for TVP Kultura. It can be great, just needs some more work.
