The pendulum is swinging to the other side. Long, sheer and wide – that’s what I’m projecting into spring. I am loving the maxi length skirt and wide pants that are on trend this season. It’s effortlessly chic and elegant; a welcome change from skinny jeans and short shorts.

Using sheer, flowing fabrics adds a light and playful element that offsets the formality of the length and makes it contemporary. Platform shoes, the hot footwear of the moment, are a good complement since having your pants/skirt dragging along the ground is very unbecoming. Fun and easy to wear is my motto – indeed.
