Summer is coming but people have been wearing shorts since December – with tights, of course. The quintessential difference is that now our leggy fashion victims are trading in their thigh-high boots for sky-high stilettos to top off their look. Finish it off with a loose-fitting tee, or, even better, one with cutouts to expose a little shoulder — and you have a winning ensemble. For cloudy days or added foot protection, you can always opt for platform wedge boots or high-heeled booties instead of the straight-up stiletto.
