I’m cutting my hair short. Like I always do – grow long in the winter and then cut it all off in the summer. However, this spring I am noticing more girls are daring to cut it all off. Last summer the ubiquitous side-shave got a little out of hand if you ask me. I hope to see less of that and more sexy androgynous cuts.
Some girls feel like having short hair deprives them of their femininity but I say femininity is a state of mind, an attitude – chop it, love it, own it. Granted, it’s not for everyone but just go for it – at least once. Hair always grows back and it’s very liberating to cut it all off.
