It’s been a while since I started looking for quality street food in Paris and I can’t believe I’ve only just found this real gourmet food truck (with a chef in the kitchen): Le Camion Qui Fume.Chef Kristin came to Paris to take cooking lessons in the famous École Supérieure de Cuisine Ferrandi. He decided to stay and run this project that certainly fills a gap in Parisian take away food.
Le Camion Qui Fume serves seven kinds of amazing quality burgers, the French fries and the minced beef are homemade and people seem much happier after than before they eat. It reminds me of Janette Desautel’s street food in the TV show Treme.
