Sibille Attar has, for the past decade or so, been making music under the alter ego Little Red Corvette, played in bands like The Tourettes, Speedmarket Avenue and [ingenting], and made guest appearances on Camera Obscura and Bear Quarter albums.

She’s been part of and known everyone in the Swedish indie scene for years and everyone in the Swindie scene know her. However, anyone outside it will just give you an empty look and shrug upon hearing her name. This is all bound to change, and very soon.

 

Sibille is about to release her first solo album under her own name and it’s so charming, heartfelt and well-written that anyone who happens to hear her sweetly broken voice will feel the melodies pierce their hearts and will instantly want to buy a t-shirt with her name on it to make up for having cheekily downloaded the record for free.
