Name: Callan C.
City: Brooklyn, NY

Self-professed pop-culture junkie, Callan is the singer of the band Lemonade.  Born in California, he lives in Brooklyn. Multi-talented, he is connected to both the music and art scene through his profession and social circle. He also loves to read and write, while keeping up to date on all the trends happening among artists.

Callan has held a variety of odd jobs, mostly in vintage clothing stores, but recently Lemonade has become successful enough to render him a full-time professional musician (particularly after their recent exposure on the influential music blog Pitchfork).  He also picks up DJ work occasionally.

Lemonade is a very theatrical band.  They often perform in masks (made by Callan) or have elaborate light shows to accompany their music.  Their type of laptop-based music has earned them comparisons to Animal Collective.
