Although Ivy was born in Taipei, she moved to Shanghai when she was 15, to Florence, Italy at 18, and then to New York at 19, where she completed her studies in Literature. She returned to Taiwan after graduation, and has worked for art organizations, galleries, and clothing companies before landing her current gig as an editor for ACanned, an online lifestyle magazine.
Ivy mixes her own “life salad” by immersing herself in almost every aspect of creative work—from literature, fashion, art, music, photography, to dance, theater, movie, and even culinary arts. It is in these places where she revels in the extraordinary joy of being human.
She’s still exploring various opportunities, but eventually she would like to establish her own creative business, travel the world, write a book, or perhaps become a stylist. Setting out on a road trip across China from Beijing to Tibet is the next plan on her agenda.
